As a young, African American female, PARADE magazine trusted me to manage their design department and oversee the quality control of multiple, weekly publications. I have transfered my skills, knowledge and experience in that role to my freelance business. As your project manager, I oversee the entire project and see that all aspects of the project are completed properly as well as within schedule and budget constraints. In addition, I interface with printer and shipping vendors, seeing your project through until it's shipped to your door.

8-Step Process:

Half to one-hour consultation (via phone, Skype, or face-to-face). Project details are solidified.

Step 2:

Meeting with team members to discuss scope of work, determine project milestone and completion dates, and cost estimations

Step 3:

Proposal is submitted to you

Step 4:

Terms of agreement is signed

Step 5:

Initial designs are submitted to you

Step 6:

Revisions are submitted until approved

Step 7:

Final project is submitted for approval

Step 8:

Final project is printed or published
